As TGL Tet Global Logistics, we provide chemical tanker cleaning services in collaboration with Dilmak Tanker to ensure the hygienic transportation of raw materials used in everyday products, such as lubricants and additives, chemicals used in the paint industry, fatty acids, oil esters, raw materials and chemicals used in the cleaning industry, construction chemicals, binders and resins, latex, monomers, and acrylates. Our operations are carried out in compliance with the SQAS sustainable safety and quality standards set by the European Chemical Industry Council at the Dilmak Chemical Tanker Cleaning and Treatment Facility.

Established in 2004, the Dilmak Chemical Tanker Cleaning and Treatment Facility ensures the sterilization of tankers and containers carrying chemicals, providing the hygienic environment necessary for the transportation of chemical substances. The facility is ISO 9001 certified and holds the European Cleaning Document (ECD) and Turkish Cleaning Certificate (KTTD), offering services at European standards.

At the facility, which has the capacity to wash 6 vehicles simultaneously and treat 20,000 tons per day, the internal and external cleaning of tankers and containers carrying chemicals is carried out by expert staff.

For chemical tanker cleaning, we use the “Steam Impact Technology” developed by Butterworth for sterilizing the internal compartments of tankers and containers. This technology allows us to maximize efficiency by using less water, energy, and cleaning chemicals during the cleaning and treatment operations. The cleaning process is tailored to the type of vehicle and product being transported, and the desired temperature is applied. In our Chemical Tank Container Cleaning operations, we use automated systems and expert personnel to provide services with minimal energy consumption and maximum efficiency.

To prevent the environmental risks posed by chemical waste generated during the cleaning and treatment of chemical tankers, we provide eco-friendly services in compliance with the standards set by the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Forestry. In doing so, we contribute to environmental sustainability and the preservation of natural resources for a healthy future.

SQAS is a program that evaluates the performance of road transport, intermediary, and intermodal logistics companies in terms of quality, safety, health, security, environmental, and corporate social responsibility standards. The European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC) ensures regular inspections of logistics companies through SQAS, aiming to maintain the quality of services within the industry. In this respect, SQAS is recognized as an important evaluation criterion in the chemical logistics sector.

The following products are not washed at our facility: Class 6 materials, ACN (Acrylonitrile), TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate).
